Registration:
Both the registration form and payment are required for registration. If there are not enough registered by the early-bird registration deadline, fees will be returned and the class cancelled.
Fees:
Fees are non-refundable except in the case of class cancellation. Early-bird rates must be paid by the deadline for registration to be accepted.
Missed classes:
Should you need to miss a dance class, you are welcome to drop in on a lower level regular choreography class at any time during this session to make up the time. NOTE that drop in on guest teacher classes is not allowed for this purpose. There are no refunds for missed classes. A credit for missed classes, valid for one year, will only be given upon receipt of a doctor’s note.
Injured or feeling a little under the weather? Missed a few too many classes to be able to catch up? Consider coming to class to work on your palmas.
Fee discount:
If you are enrolling in two levels of choreography, the second level is charged at a discounted fee as indicated on the registration from. Please take into account that each class is taught at the level indicated and will not be advanced or slowed down to accommodate those who are of a different level.
Drop in Rate: $22/hour*
*NOTE that drop in rates do not apply to classes with guest teachers.*
If you know you will be missing quite a few classes (dance or cante) in a session, you may want to pay on a drop in basis instead of the full session fee. Note that the final group class is a $22 flat fee for the class rather than per hour.
Important – Preference is given to students that register for the full session. The possibility of dropping-in on any level is not guaranteed. Once a class is confirmed “FULL”, drop-in will only be allowed for registered students making up for a missed class.
Palmas practice: $5/class
You may drop in on the last 30 min. of any lower level class to practice your palmas. Not attending other classes this session? Please email me first so I know to expect you and can confirm your level.
Teaching prep: $10/class
For Level III and IV students only.
Drop-in on the beginner class to work on assisting me with teaching, providing palmas, and observing how my beginner classes work. We’ll structure your involvement depending on the day, how often you’ve been there, and who else is there for this purpose. Please email me first so I know to expect you and can confirm the dates will work.
